Connect several mailboxes and choose how each one is read — IMAP or a hub. #### Rules instead of manual sorting Build a condition from any field — mailbox, sender, attachment, state — and attach labels and an assignee. Turn a rule off and its labels go with it; an assignment is never silently removed. #### Labels with stable keys Labels such as urgent or waiting_reply are referenced by key, not by their display name, so renaming one never breaks a rule. #### Known senders A directory of addresses you have met. Unassigned addresses are visible to the whole team; a linked address only to the people who own that client. #### No double action on one email A second mark on an already handled email is refused with who did it, when, and what was done — so a repeated order after a restart does not go through twice. #### A real mail screen Three columns: mailboxes and folders with counters, a searchable list, and the open message with attachments. One column at a time on a phone. #### Roles and privacy by design Sees everything, sees own clients, or a service account for sorting. MailClowd is built around how the work is shared between people and an agent. #### The agent is a full user, not an AI button An AI agent sits at the shared inbox with its own account and the rights of an employee, and every action it takes is written to its log. Changes to sorting rules are made only with a person's approval. #### Every action on an email is on record For each email MailClowd records what was done, by whom and when — and a second action on the same email is refused. ### How it works Up and running in four steps. #### 1. Install the module Add MailClowd to a clean Odoo 19 Community. It needs only base and mail — none of our other modules. #### 2. Connect shared mailboxes Point the desk at your team's mailboxes and choose how each one is read. #### 3. Set rules and roles Decide who sees what, and let rules label and assign incoming mail. #### 4. Seat the agent Give an AI agent its own Odoo user. MailClowd is a mail module for Odoo. It brings your team's shared mailboxes onto one desk inside Odoo, treats every email as a unit of work, and lets an AI agent work that desk as a regular user with its own rights and action log. #### Which Odoo version does it need? Odoo 19.0 Community. The module depends only on base and mail, and installs without any of our other modules. #### What can the AI agent do — and what can't it? The agent works through 28 operations plus a read-only triage command, and acts with the rights of the Odoo user it is given, never more. Every action it takes is written to its log. Labelling an email or marking it handled the agent does on its own; creating, changing or re-applying sorting rules waits for a person to approve. #### Where are my emails stored? Message bodies are not stored in Odoo. They are fetched from your mail server when you open a message, and attachments are served through one-time links. #### Does it work on a phone? Yes. The screen collapses to one column at a time, and Odoo 19 can install it as an app. #### What is the license? MailClowd is distributed under the Odoo Proprietary License (OPL-1).
